Truck needs repairs. But driver at Earls towing said she didn't see a problem. However, it stalled out a few times and steering was terrible. I had to follow my son because I didn't know if the truck was going to be ok. He drives for a living so it wasn't his driving skills. There was no compensation for the truck. Not happy with the truck. Unit was ok.

I love this Uhaul and have used it at least a hundred times! I am still currently using it with a Ubox. Yesterday my husband slipped a disc in his back while we were emptying the Uhaul truck rental. I had to rush him to the ER and then rush back to finish. I finished, went to pick my littles up from afterschool and then had someone follow me to drop the truck off. I called and texted the owner of UhauI, Jennifer, at 3pm and explained the situation. I apologized and told her I would have it returned by 6pm that night. She said she was still charging me for an additional day and that it had to be returned because someone was renting it at 7:30am the next day. I was three hours late returning it and still charged for an additional day.
Amber S | Overall ExperienceWe started out on a good foot but things declined a few months ago. I had 2 units. I called in advance stating I would empty one out by the next rental date, which I did, a few days prior. I notified the employee on duty. HE neglected to do something in the computer and I was told I would be charged for both units anyway. I said no and it was a "they" problem not a "me" problem. While loading items in two vehicles, this same employee was driving one of the largest trucks by our vehicles and at a unsafe speed and was laughing with a friend about us moving out of their way. The biggest beef is that the manager is never on site, the only way to contact her is via text, the employees can't or are unwilling to answer questions. Twice I was provided incorrect information. Including information posted on the UHaul website, I was told opposite information. The whole experience has given me a bad taste about Uhaul. The only shining example was the people that I spoke with on the 866 number.
