The electronic check-in/check-out system is too time-consuming. Not at all an improvement on dealing directly with a person (which I had to do in spite of following all instructions for electronic check-in/return).

Super nice staff clean equipment but the truck could use some service, ie: Replace shock absorbers, fix the Seat adjustment lock on the driver seat, check the brakes it sounds like they are on the squealers.

I have rented and dropped off several times at this location. Their staff are poorly trained and it always seems to be a hassle to rent, even after filling out everything online. Also the trailer had bald tires and leaked in the rain.

When I picked up the trailer, I was told to call Boone U-Haul before returning it. When I called, I was told they had no record of the scheduled return and that I would have to call U-Haul customer service. I called the number they gave me and was put on hold for about an hour. Once my call was taken, the connection was poor. The rep put me on hold and when she came back on line, the connection had improved. Since there was no return location listed on the contract (even though Boone U-Haul was listed on the reservation confirmation) she said she would have to put me on hold. I was again put on hold and momentarily the call was dropped. I again called Boone U-Haul and was told to bring the trailer and they would take care of it for me. The return went smoothly thereafter.

My dropoff location was changed on the printed contract (verified from the original order). The employee asked me to call the 800 number and I sat on hold for 5 minutes. While I was waiting, he was able to get connected and fix the location. He was very polite and helpful in getting things fixed and my return processed.

Great customer service. Had a lot of questions and every one was answered completely and professionally. Truck was clean, had no troubles with it at all. The extra padded blankets (I forgot to bring some) helped protect my furniture. My move happened quickly and easily. Thanks Boone 105 Bypass Uhaul!

My reservation was for 4:00 p.m., but when I arrived there was no staff person present and another couple who had been waiting for some time. A sign instructed visitors to "Use the Radio" to contact a staff member, but there was no radio. I was not able to even begin processing my reservation until close to 4:30.
