We were not told about only having 30 miles until we are charged. Kind of surprised when I saw extra charges on my account

The facility was clean, well organized, and well staffed. The person greeting and working with me was very professional. The only frustration was getting charged an extra $1.75 because I drove 4 more miles than what was initially calculated. The 4 extra miles driven were to fill up the tank -- there were few gas station options in the rural area in which I dropped off the truck - and because of a slight detour due to power line repairs on the route. I filled the tank to well over the 3/4 level I was required to do -- almost full. I got no credit for the extra gas -- just charged an extra $1.75 for the 4 more miles you required. If you are going to nickel-and-dime me, then at least make it work both ways. Honestly, for as good as the experience was at the returning location, I will think twice about renting with UHaul again for the nickel-and-dime dynamic. The firm already made almost $200 from my 8-hour rental. It really did not need the extra $1.75. This is a classic scenario of your zeal for short term profits impacting your long term client base. I'll look harder for an alternative renting option next time because of this. Again, your drop-off location folks were first-rate. This has to do with company policy and inflexibility - charging me more (less than 1% of what I already paid) because of ticky-tack rules that do not take into account things like road closures and detours. It feels like you set that policy up just to find a way to charge me more. Really annoying. I hope you enjoy that extra $1.75. It is probably the last you ever get from me.

Everything was good but the cost to rent the pickup truck and miles was a lot more then other rental companyâ€™s but with my short notice had to have it next time I will plan better

When I arrived, there were 2 trucks ahead of me in the equipment return lane. When I went inside, it was obvious they had been waiting awhile. After about 10 more minutes the customer service agent came in. He said he would get us out of there in two minutes. One of the individuals that was. Ahead of me asked if she had to stay, or could just leave the truck. The agent said she could leave it. I decided to wait. The agent went outside. After about 15 minutes, the agent had not returned, so I left my truck as well. Either extremely poor customer service, or grossly understaffed.

I arrived at 9 oâ€™clock to drop the equipment off. I called the store on the previous day to make sure of its hours of operation. Upon arrival there were many customers waiting for the store to open. As of 930 that morning there was no U-Haul employee present, so I was forced to remove the heavy 6 x 12 trailer myself and push it To the side. There was not a good place to drop equipment at this location and as you know a 6 x 12 trailer is pretty heavy. Not a good customer service experience at all. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give this experience a zero.

Experience was good all but when I checked in at the office I was asked to sign a verification that the vehicle was full of gas and I did based on that I was told it was. About five minutes later after leaving I looked at the fuel guage to see it reflected just barely over 3/4 tank. Took photo and called immediately and someone a representative said they would make a note in the system so they would be aware when I turned the truck in. When I turned the truck in apparently that had not been done. The guy that checked me in was very nice and took care of the issue for me.

You have FANTASTIC employees who are quick, knowledgeable, and understand good customer service. I have rented occasionally from this location through the years, and this was my quickest experience. Also, the new fleet vehicles are very very enjoyable to drive. Thanks!

Do something about the failures of your company computer programs disallowing access by your employees in a timely manner. This results in conflicting information given to your customers, often delayed and affecting poorly on the return of your equipment and customer satisfaction.

I was very pleased with both Employees at checkin in and checkout.I had a 26 ft Ford TK very good ride Iâ€™m going to trade our Chevy for a Ford.I guess the only thing negative I have is it was a little more pricey than I had planed.Thanks Ron Garland
