Avis vérifiés des clients

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI have used U-Haul storage for years when I need extra space. I have enjoyed the ability of storing things close by so if I need to get something it’s right there. Ann the manager has always been so kind and helpful.
Julia P | Expérience généraleStaff did not acknowledge me several times while I waited. Some had an attitude that did not feel like I was the customer. Some were ok. I would use again based upon location and physical facility but not staff.
JON B | Expérience généraleThe U-Haul employees were all very helpful and friendly. Thanks!
THOMAS B | Premières impressionsFor the three and a half years I had a service there or maybe four years close to that
Richard B | Expérience généraleThe only issue I had and the reason for moving out was the indoor temperature, which was over 80 degrees. When I moved, I assumed the temperature was better regulated, but I now understand that the heat only comes on if it’s cold outside.
Abby N | Expérience généraleBay door doesn’t even work at the building I need to move stuff into lol.
MASON M | Premières impressionsThe uhaul team seems like a fun loving bunch dedicated to their customers and the help I received from the jump the min I walked in there was the top dawg in making my decision to rent there. All the rest of the deal is just perks. Awesome team.
MICHAEL B | Premières impressionsYou were awesome and very friendly thank you for everything
claudia b | Expérience généraleThe staff was very helpful so we could unload a truck right to the storage unit and leave the moving truck there.
PATRICK R | Premières impressionsWhen I rented a 10x10 I expected a bit more ceiling height than the just under 7 feet that was provided. I've seen other U-Haul 10x10 storage units and they are much taller.
Tom D | Premières impressionsWhen I originally reserved this unit over 10 yrs ago it was soppose to be a ground floor 10x10. The manager at the times knew my son and changed it, I believe because he knew we had to have the unit asap. It's been ok. Overpriced with no protection from construction for my belongings. A notification prior to construction would have been nice so I could have brought in tarps. But it's all done Thanks for being there when I needed it.
jane m | Expérience généraleEveryone there helped me tremendously The staff was really friendly and courteous.knew exactly what they were doing as well as management had off to the team.
Mark d | Premières impressionsVery fine experience.
