Super nice and helpful employee but there has to be a way for employees to be notified that customers are waiting. The door chimes but if he’s not in the immediate area-which he wasn’t-he didn’t know 3 customers were waiting. We even tried calling out for him and calling the office line but it went to the national call center. Have a button for customers to press that rings to a business cell phone that can be carried around-or something along those lines.

The staff were awesome I only had cellphone communication with them but that worked out very well. They were friendly and were able to answer my questions without delay or being put on hold for 10+ minutes.So thank you to U-haul management & staff. Diana Surman
