The guy at the Grand Ave location named Tony was very rude. I was told that I had to put enough gas in to the uhaul or else I was going to be charged "alot" so I put in enough to be safe, not really knowing how much that would cost. But when I put in more than I needed to be I was told I could not be refunded! That is so unfair. I requested it be refunded to me. Hopefully it does.

We started at about $100 a month and within a year we were paying about $200. Also, when we started we had 24 hour access and after about three months we were being asked to pay additional money for the privilege of 24 hour access. It is just too expensive to rent there any longer.
