Peter H. | Overall ExperienceI had an issue with mice in my unit. They did a lot of damage and made everything filthy, which I cleaned and salvaged as much as I could. I asked for a deal to be replaced below the door because ours was torn and damaged (before we rented the unit). I was told no. They did come out and spray the floor below the door and set traps and that seemed to do the trick but one couldn't be sure due to the enormous amount of mouse poop everywhere. I wouldn't recommend to a friend because if I was needing a storage unit I would not rent there myself again- id rather rent where they keep closer tabs and better preventive measures on the units. Units not lit inside or out. Well accessible at all hours. Hit or miss whether it was plowed well enough to access during winter. Every time I went there in the winter I had to shovel my door out to open it because the plow would pack a berm up inside the door cavity. The plow can't get any closer to the door but a good service by the manager and employees would be to shovel them out occasionally! Go the extra mile, don't just do the minimum expected to earn a buck. That's not what creates return business.
