Jon a | Premières impressionsMiranda and staff are absolutely the most friendly and amazing people I have had the pleasure to meet. They helped me so much with my storage and uhaul needs and because I am disabled even offered to unload my truck for me. If you like positive customer service then you need to visit uhaul in Carbondale. Thanks again for making me feel like family!
elliot b | Premières impressionsA couple times the door code would not work, but aside from that everything was great.
ERIC K | Expérience généraleNeeded to store student items for the summer. Easy in easy out. Thanks. See you in the spring
Deneen K | Expérience généraleI will use again when needed
Angela A | Expérience généraleThe day I moved out , one of the employees was sloshing soapy water down the main hallway making it difficult for my movers to load a 26ft uhaul . Movers had to stop call manger . She wasn’t responding, call corporate. We waited over a hour for floors to dry to start moving big furniture made my loading a lot longer had to pay out more money to movers by the hour. Was not happy. No compensation was offered by uhaul ! I paid over 5000.00 in rental fees to this facility. Very unprofessional!!!
Melissa M | Expérience généraleThe manager I forgot her name started with a M and the man that was there helping me was very great and I will recommend them and come back to this location because they were very helpful and professional
Kayser C | Déménagement en ligneShort story-My boyfriend passed away w/o giving me the locker code.i already paid for the truck and had helpers. Boyfriend had changed the lock code. I told my aunt I was done, let's go home. She went inside to talk to Miranda, the manager, she came out and tried Every possible code. She also gave us the truck N/C till next day. I had the lock cut off , got out belongings. W/O Miranda and my aunt, I would've lost memories of my man. Great manager! She cares about people. Thank you Miranda and Aunt JoAnne
James E | Expérience généraleMy daughter went to the office on 5/11/26 to obtain the unit information. They charged us the monthly rent and gave her the unit number. When she found the unit, there was no unit number on it and the door was broken so that it could not be locked. They told her that they needed to fix the door and would let her know by the end of the week when she could move in. We are currently waiting to hear back and she is unable to move out of her apartment in the meantime. If the unit was broken, it should not have been available to rent.
Angie C | Premières impressionsThey don’t listen , tried closing out unit idk how many time through email , phone , text in person
SHERRY H | Expérience généraleI paid for a month and didn’t use it all I vacated before but was told no prorating or refund for emptying early
