Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisYour staff is incredibly kind and very efficient. I’ve had a traumatic brain injury and there were many times that I forgot to update my credit card because I would lose my credit card report them and forget to tell you guys, but you were so good. You would always call me and give me a chance to pay over the phone. Sometimes it entail up to five phone calls from you guys. I always listen to appreciated and respected in the facility everyone there is very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful.
Laura W | Expérience généraleSonya provided excellent & very helpful service. I always felt safe with my belongings stored with her. I was a longtime customer & very appreciative of the service I received. Thank you!
Linda G | Expérience généraleFrom the minute, I entered the property I was treated with respect Given excellent advice And enjoy peace in knowing that the security And service Will provide a safe place for the things I’ve gathered During a two-year transition Period. I’ve stored stuff for 45 years across the United States This is one of the best experiences ever I’m truly grateful They can be trusted and admired A really great team Thank you
Kerry K | Expérience généraleToo frequent of rate hikes. It would be helpful to have a light IN the units - perhaps in a timer to ensure they go off if people forget to turn it off.
Tracy B | Expérience généraleFriendly, helpful staff. I just relocated and every employee I interacted with along the way, whether in person or over the phone was great and they all deserve recognition.
Edward L | Expérience généraleLoved The service from Bree and Sonia!
Caroline A | Premières impressionsThe worker was really rude I don’t know her name because I got a one month storage for my grandpa so I wasn’t there in person but she was really rude I did have to call the U-Haul location she was very rude and giving me really bad attitude the location I got it was at Carlsbad Ca at el Paseo Del Norte this was on Friday around 2-3 pm
Jasmin G | Déménagement en ligneI felt my belonging were safe and accessible. The staff was amazing, always had answers to my questions and were friendly and polite! All in all it was a great experience!
Burma V | Expérience généraleThis was my second time using this facility for short term storage. They were very helpful and it was a terrific solution for me.
Susan K | Expérience généraleStaff member that checked me out was excellent & beyond helpful. I would return based on my interaction with her. Please reward her with a bonus.
Christine A | Expérience généraleYou increase rates without telling customers. You are getting expensive and I found another storage same size- very less expensive in a nice area. I appreciate U- haul very much …. But in this economy, I need to save money more so. TY!
Maria T | Expérience généraleStaff was very professional and accommodating, could not have had a better experience...
JOHN S | Expérience généraleI have used this storage unit for years and it has been great. Sonya and Robert have been incredible! They have always been friendly and so helpful. I have never had any issues and would recommend this facility to anyone because of how well they run it. I am retiring and don’t need the unit anymore but will miss them. They are the BEST!!
Heidi G | Expérience généraleThis is a great place.
Rebecca S | Expérience généraleI've been coming back to this U-haul for storage needs for years. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the facility is so well kept. They take pride in offering clean, well kept, and secured units in their property. I wish they would still have some trucks at this facility seeing as that would make mobing in or out so much easier for people. Its kind of inconvenient having to rent a truck some where else and then havibg to drive here to store my stuff and after that havibg to drive the truck to yet another location to turn it back in.
