Peggy B | First ImpressionsOverall good facility and served its purpose. I had one minor inconvenience during my rental period where my unit was locked and tagged despite auto paying on time. The front desk person was even perplexed as to why my unit was flagged and locked. I liked the convenience of the online set up and self registration. I was given a unit that had a damaged handle but was still able to lock the unit. I was asked if I had damaged the handle upon closing my storage unit. I assumed they would have already cataloged that damage in having me rent the unit in the first place.
