Amethyst was the young lady who helped me with checking in to get a storage unit she was very helpful, courtesy, very professional, & pleasant but most of all she has very good customer skills! She really needs to be rewarded from this company like a RAISE FOR A JOB WELL DONE!

Overpriced for a truck bed on the ground. Cheap required locks that broke multiple times in less than a year. Didn’t let me prorate my move out. Took my remaining stuff days before I needed to be out and conveniently put it in a staff personal vehicle. I could have reported theft.

My second set of units was better, however the amount of dirt and mice was extremely unfortunate. The staff was great with helping move units and working with me not living there. The units just need to be sealed better.
