The employees have been very helpful on multiple occasions!!!
ANDREW G | Overall ExperienceShowed up at the facility after a 13 hour ride from Florida to move my belongings into my storage facility that I had reserved a few days prior. Got checked in and long behold my storage door was locked. Notified the employee about the issue and apparently it was still being used even though they allowed me to reserve it online. I was told that I could move into a larger unit but would have to cough up more money for it even though the mishap wasn’t my fault. I felt that I was taken advantage of and my hands were tied being I had come so far with my belongings and were ready to get them moved in. Overall not a good experience and wouldn’t recommend.
Jared R | First ImpressionsThere was never any toilet paper in the bathroom in the storage area. I cleaned it once myself. When someone is moving in or out we females need tissue and a decent bathroom. Staff is always professional and friendly.

TERRY J | Overall ExperienceThe agent who check me in told me wrong rules and time frame he forced me to get renters insurance through them all tho i told them i had it and it would cover my unit he told me its required but all their paperwork says opitional
Shawn D | First ImpressionsBooked a 10x20; they don’t have those. Got two adjoining units instead. First attempt- one of the two was already in use. 2nd attempt worked. Very clean, well lit, excellent load-out areas. Like most indoor facilities this is NOT 24/7 access.
