I spent almost 3 hours attempting to first navigate the website & then the uhaul app. It was a total waste of time. I ended up calling the 800 number to obtain a storage unit. The rep I spoke to was helpful & polite. I thought he got me all squared away with my rental unit but when I went to the facility there was more to be done. The woman at the facility was the store manager, I believe. She was polite & efficient, or as efficient as possible, given that the process itself is not efficient. Luckily for UHAUL, you've hired good people to compensate for the other glitches. Thank you to the customer service representative & the store manager of the Cinnaminson, NJ location for their assistance. ~Wendy Sanders
