Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisVery good storage experience. The only negative - the chug hole out front at the road needs to be fixed.
David H | Expérience généraleThis storage facility told me that I had until dec. 31 to pay the full amount owed and they went behind my back and sold my things after accepting a payment. Then they stopped answering my calls to the facility and wouldnt responded to any of my voicemails that I left. I will be filing against this facility for stolen property, due to what the auction site that was used stated that if customer pays in full they have to let the customer get their things. The facility did everything in their power to not be available to take payment or return calls. There is no resolving when they sold my thing before the date they gave me over the phone.
Stephenie M | Expérience généraleThe office staff lady was very friendly and helpful both times I encountered her.
Eunice L | Expérience généraleSmooth sailing at this storage facility Loved the experience and all the persons working there Definitely recommend and will use again in future Thank you !!
Totie H | Expérience généraleI have had 2 units for a time, 1 inside with climate control and kept the longest. The other unit was outside. Finally went through the one outside and condensed that one inside. Staff at the facility are great, understanding and good to work with. This storage facility is easy to maneuver around and the climate units have hallways wide and open . Great place. I like it.
