DEBORAH T | Expérience généraleGreat communication
Corinna L | Expérience généraleI was very pleased with the way I was treated while renting there. I was impressed with the lady in the office with her friendliness and efficiency. I felt like I was doing business with the good ole' wholesome values that we once knew and seems to have diminished.
Robin A | Expérience généraleI've enjoyed being a customer of Allen Mini-Storage! They are competitively priced, well-maintained, and great customer service!
Anthony V | Expérience généraleThe staff was pleasant and attentive and very helpful at all times, especially Jennifer!!!
Marvin E | Expérience généraleThe staff was very friendly and understanding. However, upon moving out, my unit was infested with rodents and I had to trash a lot of my belongings such as clothes, mattresses, etc. The rodents had chewed through boxes and bags and I did not store any food items.
