I specifically chose this facility because it was climate controlled just to find out moving My items in the temperature was at 100° inside the unit and it was 90° outside. I don’t know why or who is in control of that but if there’s anything that can be ruined due to heat, it will happen and you guys will be responsible.

Anna T | Overall ExperienceWell, my OR experience with with them was good except I just went through a hardship. The hardest thing I ever ever been in my life but lost my job and I’m 65 and I get I get Social Security in the week that I was gonna catch it up. They close my account because somebody and it wasn’t your fault but somebody had, something in the bank closed it sent my check back to Social Security. I didn’t. I couldn’t figure out why they closed my account and I thought Social Security took it because I had a part-time job and I only worked two hours Monday through Friday and I’m living in a hotel so that was some of my problem was your problem, but I wanted to keep my stuff , I called him today after they told me the 18th, but I didn’t get the money until the 19th and nobody would help me furniture. My mother died and I had all of her little stuff that I wanted to hold onto.
DEBORAH C | Overall ExperienceFirst I would like to say that my move out date was not July 4th. This facility is not well managed. There were times that the gates were open for days at a time. There were. Days that the trash was everywhere on the ground. Also, when you called the Mores road store, You would have Extreme whole times to be greeted with attitude.Or sarcasm or to be talked down to not just by the clerks , but management is well. When? I first ran it my story tuna.I told them that the ceiling was damaged and that there was water coming in. Then they were contacted me again. I contacted them again. Nothing happened and when I went to move my stuff out it was all damaged. Now I have to make an insurance claim which should be more than what my insurance was for because I brought the problem to their attention in the beginning of my Stuff being there. They never fixed it. They never contacted me about anything and now all of my stuff is ruined. My bit's pictures stuff. Animals we've have since the children were little all gone. And you can tell that there are also rodents entering the property. Urine stains all over the beds.This was a horrible experience , but under the management that is under is understood

Miles M | Online Move InI have been with you for 3years and I have had not been satisfied with your service . The first time I had water problems coming in the front near . They said to leave a key and someone would look at it . And said I have to take everything thing out to fix it . I was 72/years old then And I was supposed to have put it in a CLEAN , DRY , SPACE ,THAT IS HOW YOU ADVERTISED . AND I ASKED ABOUT THE MICE AND THEY gave me some packages of poison to put now . I CALLED THE MAIN OFFICE AND MY DAUGHTER CALLED TO GET HELP WITH THE PROBLEM PUT NO HELP .THERE WAS WATER DAMAGE TO SOME OF MY ITEM.
Rosa A | Overall Experience05/29/24 Shannon Gonzales, U-Haul Storage Manager at 2980 Morse Road Columbus OH put a padlock on my Ubox to travel cross country. Although she had my mailing address on file, she neglected to send me the key for the padlock. Also no email or phone call to me at all, although she knew how to contact me. As a result, my movers struggled at least a half hour with a cutter before they were able to cut apart the padlock shank in half and open my Ubox upon arrival in the Pacific Northwest. I strongly do not recommend to do business with this U-Haul Office/Facility at all under any circumstances.

But they need to get the bugs and stuff taken care of and also have access 24 hours that would be nice but overall I had a good time while it had lasted
