The exit card reader for the complex sometimes would take 15 minutes of swiping to get it to work, the entry works first try every time. There is no lighting in the unit so hard to see. Very hard to get ahold of the maintenance person who is supposed to be "on call" at all hours.

I came in mid day and was told that I had to pay for the whole day, even though my plan was to move in the next day. When I asked him to change the move in date to the next day, he said he could but then I would have to come all the way back to pick up the access pass---not convenient and felt like a rip off. Also, why only one access pass? We rented this for our office---one pass means we have to pass it around 5 people. Not at all convenient. Didn't feel like he really cared about my business one way or another.
