Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisRats were in the storage, rat dripping was on my furniture 😕 the storage unit was not kept like I thought it should have been, other than that I love U haul excellent customer service, friendly and helpful staff.
Oneda S | Expérience généraleThe service was top-notch which influence my decision to resign with U-Haul.. the manager was nice and knowledgeable about his position and the things he had to offer
ira w | Premières impressionsAlways have great service at the facility. Been using it for at least 5 yrs and never had any issues.
CHARLES J | Expérience généraleExcellent customer service at the front desk.
Danny A | Premières impressionsExcellent facility and customer service provided.
David L | Expérience généraleThe time frame access to the facility needs to be reviewed, for the working person that has a 9-5 fighting traffic everyday it should be a least a first three days of moving in time adjustment. Most people move after work hours. I will call and check and make sure everything has processed.
