This is a very well run self storage facility. I accidentally locked my unit with the latch not engaged. Shortly thereafter I received a call from someone there letting me know the lock was not on correctly.

However Lynette Whitby called me on my cell phone and met me at the Denton location so I could get access to the facility. She was extremely helpful and got everything corrected for me.
