I had a storage unit and rented a truck a couple of times. I fully appreciated the help of Shelly at the denton office as she was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Keep up the good work !
EDWARD C | Overall ExperienceOur only disappointment came when we were cleaning the unit out. Apparently there is a leak on the interior wall between our unit (an end unit) and the next one. There was A LOT of water, causing damage to many items. I know we had some heavy rain recently, but for the water to be on the interior wall between units seem concerning, especially for anyone moving into that unit. Otherwise the unit was a perfect location for us and always easily accessible.
