No complaints. My items were safe, dry and in perfect order. I was able to access my items at any time. The facility was kept extremely orderly. When I need storage in Erie, I know who to call.

Edith M | Online Move InI utilized a storage unit for several years while in a smaller condo. It was great for storing seasonal items. The hours of access made it easy to go anytime of the day to load up. The entire building was always neat and clean. When I advised them I was moving out, they worked with me, as my renewal date was the same day, to make sure I wasn't charged extra. Staff was always nice and smiling, appreciated all their help.

louis M | Overall ExperienceAndres had incredible customer service! Last year when I rented a U-Haul truck and storage unit the old General Manager was a very unpleasant person. I don't remember specifics but I do recall that treated me as if I were an idiot. This recent U-Haul truck rental experience wasn't great either. My drop off location listed was much further than this U-Haul store and that business wasn't even set up yet to receive returned vehicles. I called the location that I rented the vehicle from and they were rude to me and couldn't help me they said. They tried to give me a number to call and when I said I need to grab pen and paper he told me that I should be able to remember it and continued to give me the number. I ended up calling the East Grandview location and they were extremely helpful. Andres was exceptional pleasant to deal with. Best customer service I've ever had. Thanks!
