Didn't have mice/rat trap in my unit. Had mice dropping in my unit and on my stuff. I have pictures and told the manager. He told me to contact the company. Had to throw some of my stuff that had dropping in it. Plus water came into my unit and on some of my stuff

Kenneth L | Overall ExperienceThe bathroom at this location has been out of order for more than a year. The doors are often left open, someone who was not a customer there made a huge mess in the bathroom and they never re opened it. The doors that arnt left open, don’t work and never get fixed. Our rates were significantly raised in the last 2 years, our one unit now was costing us more than both of the units we rented 2 years ago. What value have you added to justify this? Additionally we were never notified of rate increases and with the automatic payment our accounts were over drafted. The place is always a mess, never well maintained. I think the staff was friendly, and as helpful as they can be but I had to say no because it’s very obvious uhaul corporate limits what they are allowed to do, or what they have the money to do. Raised our rates and still can fix a door or clean a bathroom? Will never recommend uhaul again, for storage vehicles trailers or anything. Just another corporate scam, someone local would do a much better job maintaining the only indoor storage in the area. Escanaba doesn’t need corporate businesses to keep neglecting everything to boost their profits. Did the employees there get a nice pay raise with my rate raise? Doubt it. Corporate scum stealing from our community. Your company is disgusting and I hope it goes bankrupt from your greed. Also I’ve noticed nearly half of the units there have tags and locks on them for non payment, because you raised the rates, and no one’s raising wages. More than 80 (just what I personally counted) people have their belonging basically held for ransom, not allowed to access the facility and can’t get their things, just so you can have a few more bucks. Does that make you feel good uhaul? Not only did you overcharge everyone to the point they have no money to pay, and now they can’t have their stuff either? Shame on you. We are real people here trying to live and companies like you keeps stealing from us and don’t deliver on a lot of things we were told our money would get us.
