Willliam B | Expérience généraleKevin the manager always answers the phone and always helps. Thank you
Marcos S | Expérience généraleFriend’s mom passed away in August and he was unable to live in assisted living with her anymore and technically became homeless. He moved valuable items into the storage unit but also didn’t have a valid driver license at time. Therefore, my id was on unit with his card. The site he worked at also went out of business soon after so missed charges accrued. Seemed like frantic notices about missed payments even after explaining situation consistently. Staff working the desk and over phone were very nice every time I communicated however, and the notices for late payments only make sense. The best end all be all for all parties ended up happening with the unit being auctioned an my friend all is about to start working again, has an id and lives with a girlfriend now. Overall positive review especially in regards to communication with staff in person
GIANCARLO M | Expérience généraleI would like to commend Kevin from the Uhaul office in Florence/Burlington New Jersey office. He was excellent to work with and very helpful. He is a real gem! Thank you
Jimmy D | Premières impressionsgrateful
gretta e | Expérience généraleMy storage shed door (151) would not stay up! Had to use both a piece of wood and a screw driver to hold the door up. Need to fix the door! Canceling my storage shed is not easy. Don't trust the management with it charging another month but not used for another month. No one is ever in the office! There appears to be someone living in a storage unit but no one seems to check.
robert d | Expérience généraleWe love Kevin at Florence Storage!!!’ Wish Inhad an opportunity to say bye, but there is no longer staff onsite - ridiculous! To speak with someone you are going to 1-800 UHaul which is not helpful! We have been with UHaul for years - the Florence property has deteriorated - can not read numbers on outside units and the pavement needs to be repaved. It’s a ridiculous amount of money a month and we are so happy to be rid of the unit! Get better customer service with putting staff at the locations!!!!! Also the pod at the entrance of Florence storage is blocking vision of North bound Rt. 130! You should remove before there is an accident!
SCARLETT O | Expérience généraleUnit is dark, needs more light. The entrance to building is uneven and gapped so the dolly tips forward making items fall off. Theres a huge white box at the entrance/exit obscuring the view to traffic of a busy highway. The feont of my truck was mearly in the lane where tractor trailers were barreling down the busy highway just feet away. Very dangerous. Althought checking in online was convenient, there was nobody available to answer questions etc, office door was locked with handwritten sign on door showing off sight office address.
Keith P | Déménagement en lignethe 2 reps at the desk were so nice and helpful.
