I’ve used this facility for the past 3 years and had 2 units. My area was always clean and well maintained. The office is visually appealing, neat and management (Wayne) was amazing. Always very friendly, professional, knowledgeable in all areas and always available for any questions. Customer service is very polite and any messages left were always returned promptly. I would absolutely use the facility again and recommend it to anyone looking for a storage facility that is caring and trustworthy with your items you choose to store.

Stephanie J | Expérience généraleStorage unit itself was horrible. Center blocks cracked and crumbling.Doors do not close all the way. The floor is badly cracked with holes and terrible uneven. It differently isn't worth the amount you pay

My only negative comment is about location. The facility is very remote and for that reason feels unsafe, especially in the evening. I felt fine when the manager was in...much less so when he was not on site.
