I also paid off my storage in its entirety before the due date of the auction. This specific facility tried to cover their tracks after they were informed of this mishap. I have all contract and receipts of payments.

Shantavius F | First ImpressionsI called service agent to inform her I had vacated unit. She confirmed it. About a week later I an email charging me a late fee. Had to call up employee and explained details afterwards She finally did her job and completed the move out. Other than that my experience was average. Storage units are too expensive 😫.
