Shantavius F. | First ImpressionsI called service agent to inform her I had vacated unit. She confirmed it. About a week later I an email charging me a late fee. Had to call up employee and explained details afterwards She finally did her job and completed the move out. Other than that my experience was average. Storage units are too expensive .

sonjii r. | First ImpressionsThe only reason it's not excellent is because of the issue with the access key. Rep tried troubleshooting a few times to no avail. This is the best U-Haul facility I've ever seen though! Excellent customer service, clean, and climate controlled .
Neewollah M. | First ImpressionsThe only issue I have is when I called to boom my storage I didn't know the measurements so I asked for a 1 bedroom size and they gave me such a tiny closet space I couldn't even fit my bed in it. I was leaving town and didn't have the time for another space. Plus they didn't have anymore larger storage. That was a disappointment. But service was good!

Felicia B. | First ImpressionsMy late grandmother stored her life treasures here years before her passing in November 2022. The facility is very clean. The young guy Keynan (apologies if misspelled) was exceptionally pleasant. There was an older gentleman, Baldhead, with what I assumed was a managers shirt on because it was a completely different color than the rest of the staff. He was so rude, and sassy!! He was condescending and he only listened to respond, he didn't listen to understand. He walks around arrogantly and entitled as if the customers owe him something. I will never recommend this location to anyone. The company really needs to consider providing him with some kind of employment sensitivity training. He has an horrible attitude and is a bad example to the younger employees. He's too old to harbor such negative energy!

Mark S. | Online Move InThere was a guy in the morning that I had to persuade to help me he eventually got around to doing it but he acted like he was doing me a favor, I guess he don't like Jamaicans(most black Georgians don't like Jamaicans) you could tell from his attitude.....
