The staff here is very helpful! They always managed to help me even with a move from nyc. They gave me info on the large storage boxes and I saved alit of money! It was much easier to schedule etc than the Pod I was going to use! The facility is always neat and clean! I always recommend this place! They have a waiting list so they are just really good to everyone!
everything was great except my experience with az moving pros. they took my deposit. confirmed moving time , then stood me up and didnt even bother to call me back. you should take them off your list of movers.
Christopher, Joy and fellow team members were always helpful and supportive. They seemed to be on top of the community needs. I would not hesitate to recommend this Uhaul.
Our only complaint is that our keycard sometimes would not work to open the gate. Having a code to punch in instead of a card would have been more convenient for us. Overall, it was a good storage experience for us.
