Staff worked with us completely even when our daughters move date changed. Got the storage unit and never had to use it, thankfully! Even so I was not pushed to figure out the insurance issue until I decided if we were really going to need or use it. This was great and U-Haul should hold there heads high as most would try to get that extra 12.00 up front. Thanks to all for being so helpful to a father just trying to move his daughter!

The web page check-in is weak...needs some work. After several tries I gave up. Maybe more informative wording on the process and if an action doesn't apply, then why use it??
