Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisGreat job and it causes you to stand out so tremendously thank you very much
ARNOLD H | Expérience généraleThe Uhaul facility is a good place to store any form of item. The staff there are very pleasant and they know how to address customers. The stores are well kept and very clean. I'll recommend Uhaul for moving and storage to everyone.
RACHAEL K | Expérience généraleJonathan is amazing Patient Understanding Helpful
Appolonia G | Premières impressionsWhen I opened the new unit, there was a big rat poison box inside and the unit had two live roaches… Elevator was also broken
Lillie M | Déménagement en ligneThe lobby wait time can be very long and not enough staff to assist customers.
ERIC D | Expérience généraleGreat customer service from Helen... Great location!
DARYLL P | Premières impressionsThis was the best moving experience I’ve ever had. The manager was incredibly kind and took the time to explain all of my moving and storage options. The check-in process on move-in day was smooth and stress-free. Helen was patient, courteous, and an absolute pleasure to work with. This was top-notch customer service with a cherry on top! My storage unit was clean, fresh, and exactly what I hoped for. This is a great team that truly knows how to deliver outstanding customer service. 😊
belkys l | Expérience généraleStaff met all my needs.
Randall P | Expérience généraleStorage unit that was rented and secured was given away prior to my arrival. I ultimately had to rent a smaller unit at a higher cost. This is very poor customer service and is unacceptable.
