The worse customer service ever and that is being nice saying it. For online service.but in site excellent service. I am livid at policy's to tell me any issues prior to receiving my moving needs. Took me in the mist of an emergency situation 4 hours extra to get straight . I will never use uhaul again due to this behaviors of uhaul and policy's after this. The behaviors and wait time of an hour or more was flat out unfriendly and down right nasty. To your customers. To tell me at pick up where unable to reconcile the issue is beyond me unfathomable in behavior as your company has done . Being a clerical error on. Your company s part I am livid in this situation. Cause I do stress strain and loss of someone's job due to the delay is more than grievous. The process at night with little to none customer service help after hours and apps that don't work and customer support lacking any compassion and or actual support I will never use your company again which for me is sad I been a long time customer for more than 35 years.. after what I went thru not only deserve restitution and the helper losing a job due to the delays of your company I will be looking what can be done on behalf of myself and others I am livid even to make complaints have gone unheard my review don't use them .. ever ...!!!!!!!!

Page H | First ImpressionsThe access/outside doors were consistently broken, there was litter on the ground often, and the large amount of U-Haul trucks made it difficult to maneuver around the entire facility. Oftentimes I had to wait to get in and wait to get out and nobody ever seemed to care that they were inconveniencing others. There was an unavoidable pot hole for a very long time that was eventually filled in. The “climate controlled” area was extremely hot in the warmer months. Overall, the storage rent is very overpriced for the value.
