Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisStorage unit was clean. The staff are unfriendly, rude and act as if we the customer owe them for even speaking to them. I walk into the office and in a loud clear voice said "hello ma'am how are you" from less then a foot away, the lady didn't turn her head fom the computer to acknowledge me or say one single word. When she was done, then she turns and says rudely, what do you need! Then after I canceled my contract, they continued to charge me. Hire new staff or retrain them. You gonna lose lots of money in the future.
GREGG L | Expérience généraleIt was a pleasant experience using the storage unit and the ladies were very nice and helpful. It was tour first time using a storage unit and it worked well for us.
Ernest D | Expérience généraleThe facility was secure, climate controlled and the Staff were always helpful.
RONALD W | Expérience généraleAlways enjoyed speaking with Rose, the manager. Nice lady.
DAVID C | Expérience généraleFacility was always well maintained and being accessible 24/7 was very convenient. Personnel were knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend tiis storage facility.
FRANK B | Expérience généraleI moved out on 29 November 2025 NOT 3 December. I called on the 3rd because I was told on 17 November that I would not be charged if I was leaving on the 29th of November, but I was charged for both units.
Jacquelyn M | Expérience généraleThe move went smoothly but the Secretary was kinda of rude. When my wife called to ask a question about the bill she was rude to her as well.
Melisha B | RéservationThe Navy person at the counter was very attentive and helpful. The storage in very good condition, clean and if feels safe. I'm glad we found this place.
Anthony V | RéservationWe have used this facility for storage on 3 different occasions for about 6 months each. We’ve also rented UHaul vehicles from here several times. The office is always helpful, especially Rose! They maintain the facility to keep it clean. Highly recommend!
Jennifer R | Expérience généraleI was late 1 month and they charged me a late fee and my normal storage fee and took that out of my debit card without my permission and never notified me on what they did. And now I know I’ll wait forever for my deposit. The normal staff that was always there gave you an attitude at times and not very friendly. I will definitely go somewhere else if I need storage again.
DEBORAH P | Expérience généraleVery friendly staff. Safe n Sound is the best U-Haul rental and storage facility in Groton! And maybe all of CT. I know this because I used both facilities in Groton.
CURTIS N | Expérience généraleThank you for the uses of K109. excellent
