Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI had this storage for some equipment for 10+ years and never had any damage to any of it. I will use this U-Haul Storage again if I need too.
MARTIN J | Expérience généraleTheir all fantastic great team you have there
DAN H | Premières impressionsAside from the very loud and explicit music playing in the parking lot I had no issues with storing my items at this U-Haul location. I moved my things out of this U-Haul location because of the very loud music and unnecessary explicit language. I had to tell my kids to please get in the car and we discussed what happened on the way home. The GM followed up with me and I appreciate his time in doing so.
Jamie H | Expérience généraleAll staff was very helpful
william h | Premières impressionsThank you...
Andre W | Expérience généraleNo one on this Earth is as Kind Hearted and zgeuine as the General Manager Rodney Dorino. I worked under him and I have had a Storage Unit for Years. Mich Respect and many Blessings to this Man. Mahalo Nui Loa, Captain Vince 1epictour.com
Vincent M | Expérience généraleThe GM Rodney went out of his way and beyond expectations to help me access my reservations during a very difficult and stressful time. Excellent customer service, highly recommended
AARON J | Premières impressionsStaff is knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and a pleasure to do business with.
seth k | Premières impressionsThanks for everything.
Carlos W | Expérience généraleConsidering the reasonable price, I wouldn’t say the climate control was perfect. However, I stored my belongings here for about a year and a half, and there was no damage at all, so overall it felt safe and reliable. About the staff, roughly half were friendly, while the other half felt rather indifferent. I wouldn’t describe the overall impression as particularly warm. Especially near closing time, a few minutes before the official end, some staff members started closing the store very quickly without saying a word, which felt a bit uncomfortable. That said, one staff member — a woman with noticeable tattoos — was exceptionally kind, helpful, and genuinely warm. Her attitude stood out clearly. If she were the manager, I believe this location would become a much better place. I personally run a bar in Waikiki, and honestly, she is someone I would want to hire.
akihito n | Expérience généraleThey. Were. Very. Nice
Valerie E | Expérience généraleWhen I was loading up my locker, there wasn't anyone else loading, so it was convenient parking up front and I had wide open access.
