The staff was excellent with any and all questions. The price was very reasonable for this area and my monthly fee never changed. In Florida the 5 months I had a unit the price increased at least twice and if I had continued it was going to go up again. So “Thank you “ for your service to our small community of Hornell.

I feel I should have been refunded for a partial month. because im sure they rented it again so actually they got double months rent I think. and I was suppose to get a deposit back but I havent yet.
