Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMy move out date was 10-04-26, Wesley Melton was there, his son received the uhaul lock and keys that were supplied to me after they cut my lock for no reason. Items missing, along with a tall contractor bag full of clothes that was cut and knot left intact, only about 5 inches of clothing on bottom, price tags on the floor. Two leather jackets, Cole Haan boots. I took pictures, informed Mr Melton. It took multiple days to remove my items. Mr Melton had the police come, he said to me that I shouldn't be telling people that items are missing. I truly would appreciate a call, as this was very disheartening. He had the police pull right up next to me the next day as if I was a criminal. He said he wasn't going to have his life threatened. No one threatened him. I am sure this was an attempt to intimidate me from filing a report. He stated that the lock was cut on accident by Q... auction girl from Memphis. He also lied to police. I have every record of payment. I do not appreciate your manager leading law enforcement to think I threatened him. They never said anything to me, but laughed. Waste of taxpayer funds. He lied and said corporate was there. Tried to offer me a job, I completed the application on line,..he told me to show up next day 8am...it didn't meet hiring protocol so I texted him my declination. 3 emails regarding a bill for October 9, although I moved out on October 4. I have evidence of everything I am reporting. I declined to file a report because the police are corrupt as well. Integrity is extinct. [redacted]

Linda J | Premières impressionsI gave a 4 star review only because they would not prorate my rental fee for me. I had paid $79.95 on time for 8 months. My storage fee was due June 27th and I informed them I would be moving everything out and closing out account on July 8th and if they would prorate my fee. They would not. So I paid $79.95 for 11 days of storage. Not fair!
