Avis vérifiés des clients
Chaque avis est lié à une véritable U-Haul réservation ou contrat.
Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe gentleman was very courteous and he kept the facility very well maintained,
martin b | Expérience généraleDon't appreciate getting yelled out because someone followed me in and told it's my responsibility to wait til the gate closes it is not if the on-site manager was there or answered his phone when he put a not up to call maybe people needing help would not have to resort to following others in
tony M | Expérience généraleChris was super friendly and took good care of the facility! Will rent here again if I need a storage unit!
Taylor L | Expérience généraleHad my pontoon boat in storage here very secured have to go to two gates to get to the boat the manager of the storage place very friendly and hard-working man five stars. If I store my boat again I will go there again.
JOHN P | Expérience généraleI moved out because my unit was broken into. Which happened because they changed management and the new manager had stopped locking the doors at night. He also told me they don’t have security cameras for each building. Ultimately, this storage place is unsafe and negligent.
NICHOLAS S | Expérience généraleStorage met our needs and the manager was very professional and helpful in helping us get exactly what we needed.
DONALD H | Expérience généraleThe staff is highly professional and the place is kept clean and looks highly secure.
PAUL L | Expérience généraleEverything was perfect except water sometimes entered the unit from the downspout of the rain gutters. Other than that everything was smooth. Thank you!
PAUL L | Expérience généraleThis is the best and most secure storage facility in the Tri-Cities. The owner is on site so there is no shady stuff going on. It's about a 10 on the Scale of 1-10.
KEVIN J | Expérience généraleWonderful, safe place.
JOHN D | Expérience généraleGreat storage facility very secure never had any issues or worries about my things on or in my trailers.
TANNER H | Expérience généraleThey raised the prices without any notice and that’s what made me want to cancel. But there were tons of spider webs and bugs in the unit. When I tried to cancel he misplaced my cancellation notice and still charged me the full amount. Doesn’t answer the phone when I call, so we’ll end up playing phone tag. Just let me cancel the unit that’s been empty…
ALEXIS E | Expérience généraleThe manager, Dana Denton was courteous and helpful throughout my storage unit stay for nearly two years. I would highly recommend using this storage to family and friends. Thank you for the great service!
