bonnie m | Expérience généraleStorage unit had holes in the roof and let water in and dumped all over stuff. Their only reply was “oh no did you get the insurance?”. When I moved out I tried to get a refund for my stay but they have a giant sign that says “absolutely no refunds” this place ruined most of my furniture, clothes and a few electronics. I should’ve come here nor been rented that unit as it was damaged
