Timothy G | Expérience généraleELIZABETH IS A GREAT EMPLOYEE VERY HARD WORKER. NEED MORE EMPLOYEES LIKE ELIZABETH
CLYDE L | Premières impressionsI love. uhaul
CHARLENE E | Expérience généraleHorrible customer service from the very first phone call to the treatment at this facility. I reserved a storage unit over the phone and then went to the storage facility to view the actual unit for logistic purposes. What I planned to store is large sheets of plywood and i wanted to make sure there was enough clearance to accommodate such. I was told I couldn’t see the unit unless i paid and signed a contract which I did but the gentleman helping us was rude, short and not helpful at all. He rented me the unit and basically didn’t explain properly how to access the building main entryway. Poor instructions and poor treatment. I finally got to my unit and saw that the hallway was too narrow to bring in large sheets into the unit. It wasn’t going to workout. Had the guy taken 3 minutes to show me the location of the physical unit all of this could have been avoided. I had to call back the next day to cancel the contract and get a refund. Everything felt rushed and unprofessional. I am happy to provide workers name of needed. He has no customer service skills. He rushed the entire process and was rude when we asked questions. The initial call was to a central calling center where i was assisted by someone who was also rude. I’d ask questions about unit sizes and rates and immediately all she kept asking was for my credit card to secure a unit without even providing all the info i needed. I felt rushed and asked multiple times for my card info. If a customer caps for information, they shouldn’t feel pressured immediately to make a payment if they haven’t even decided that unit to secure. Like what’s the freaking rush?? I’m irritated at the entire experience. I decided to go to a different company storage facility where I was treated with respect, patience and great customer service. I was able to view the unit before getting into a contract or paying. The way it should be. Needless to say, management should really have a conversation with the individual that was working that evening.
YESENIA G | Expérience généraleGreat customer service
Roxana C | Expérience généraleNot only did I rent the truck I needed but also the storage space, (convenience) I got there close to closing time after a 3 hour drive but the guys at the facility didn’t give me any rude faces or anything actually the opposite walked me through the process and told me about the first month free and the price lock…. Good people good service. Thank you .
