Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisExcellent place to keep your belongings. Floors and all areas sparkling clean and comfortable. Everyone is super friendly and helpful
DIANA J | Expérience généraleAmazing service
Cesar L | Expérience généraleVery nice work and professional thank s
omar r | Expérience généraleI picked up the truck with the fuel level lower than stated; I spoke to a staff member whose only suggestion was to restart the entire process and switch trucks. The explanation regarding the $27 fuel refund was unclear, and I ended up paying more for both the estimated mileage I had entered and the fuel. I no longer recommend renting trucks from you! As for the storage, I have no complaints so far.
Lucas M | Premières impressionsI had such a great experience with this U-Haul team! From getting assistance from Iris, to korina, to Lenina, and everyone else who helped throughout the process, everything went so smoothly. I ended up needing to extend my rental, and they made the entire process easy and stress-free. With everything I had going on this past week, I truly appreciated having a team that was helpful, patient, and willing to assist me with everything I needed. Thank you all for your kindness, professionalism, and great customer service. You all made a hectic week a whole lot easier, and I genuinely appreciate it! ❤️
tiffany w | Premières impressionsPredatory when it comes to payments. Will charge you after you tell them you’re moving out and steal your stuff if you’re 2 days late.
Yolanda P | Expérience généraleI travel nation wide . I have to said , this is the #1 Uhaul location in the USA . First elite service at the front desk . Office appearance cleaned all the way around . Good communication on all levels. Very satisfying on the service . Cleaned truck also . Gold job on the management for keeping everything in order ..
Jorge V | Premières impressionsKarina, Adriana and Aubrey are professional and friendly. Never had a problem dealt with Karina and Adriana on several occasions always professional and knowledgeable. I dealt with Aubrey on my last day he was knowledgeable as well as friendly too. I got to say good bye to Adriana and Aubrey that day . I would like to extend a farewell to Karina as well she was super.
phillip s | Expérience généraleThe elevator is always going down, and they do not inform the customers that it is down. It would be very convenient to know so you don't waste your time and gas driving there and you can get a cart up to your unit.
Tammy G | Expérience généraleKarina is an excellent employee. Exceeded our expectations always.
Francisco V | Expérience généraleKarina & Ariella were great!
