Christopher M | First ImpressionsGreat folks running this place however due to all the lots around the facility being cleared rats destroyed a few of my items some of which I can never replace. I didn't have the insurance so it's on me. Just wouldn't put my stuff there until all the vermin leaves. Again! I really had no problem what so ever with the people running this place they went above and beyond anytime I had questions. I had two different units for over a year and this vermin problem is new . I've never had issue before. I had to remove my items and make other arrangements. Not everything can be replaced and I couldn't take the chace. UHAUL couldn't help me. The folks at the facility called and apologized to me which I appreciate

This didn't reflect any type of customer appreciation people who use storage units are often in a right spot, a middle forgiveness would be appreciated.

I apologize I do not know the 3rd worker but he is very accommodating and polite. The location is VERY convenient as it's right off 27. For safety it would be safer if there were a left turn lane into the property. The posted speed sign in that area is 60. NOTE TO CORPORATE: THIS LOCATION NEEDS MORE STAFF! ESPECIALLY ON WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS!
