Terry o | Overall ExperienceJust started using a 5x10 unit at this storage facility in July ‘24. We had a U-box delivered in Aug and moved to a 10x10 unit. We made several changes within a week and Kelly was superior at re-arranging everything for us. The move-out was quick and painless. She definitely knows her job very well. The facility was very clean and well maintained. Everyone was very friendly and pleasant to talk with. Will definitely recommend this facility to anyone. Location is very convenient for anyone in Haines City and Lake Alfred area. Thank you Kelly for everything you have done for us.

I never heard back from them and had to call the 800 U-Haul line to get my account closed after waiting 4 full days. I would not recommend using this U-Haul storage location. I had this rental 9 months and the cost for this unit is too expensive.
