This location closed out my storage unit WITHOUT my permission. I spent over an hour waiting in the office to resolve this issue only to be yelled at by their employees when I rightfully argued my time needed to be compensated. Their security is abysmal as well. I have frequently been at this location while drug addicts are passed out on the floor INSIDE the building. Their little security phones they have are useless because no one answers them when you click the button. I was going to rent a truck from you in October. Would have been a $2300 dollar rental, you've LOST that business now. I'll spend more money renting a Penske truck just to not give you any more business
