Imacatzi Y | First ImpressionsU-Haul in Pinetop/Lakeside provided covered storage for our 36 ft Winnebago motorhome when we needed it. The storage was clean, dry and safe. I did put 2X6 blocks under the tires as recommended. (The ground was covered in gravel). Access is 24/7 365 days/yr. Service from the employees and manager was impeccable.

RAYMOND L | First ImpressionsMy biggest issue was trying to park close to the loading door. Many times, more often than not, there were employee cars parked in the loading space. Yesterday when I took my last load out, I had to park far away from the door because the cleaning lady had her car parked in the loading space. Very very aggravating and inconvenient. I would say that space was unavailable 75% of the time.
mary p | Overall ExperienceMy mother passed away at the beginning of a monthly rental. We emptied our locker and asked if they would refund the balance of the rent. I thought it very insensitive to not refund the unused portion. It would have been a nice gesture to help us deal with our loss.
