They cut the lock off took stuff out of our storage the first month of renting the unit. Then corporate lied and said we never put a lock on the unit even when we had a receipt and proof. They did not cooperate with Little Rock Police Department and did not want police to see the surveillance video. Police stated it was an inside job. We were never returned our belongings nor compensated for the staff taking our possessions.

Tim D | First ImpressionsThis particular storage facility has a roach issue, I had a roach bait box in my unit from someone. I was trying to avoid transferring roaches to a brand new school building. I had dead roaches inside my unit and as I was removing items, had to kill a roach. For this reason, I would not recommend the Geyer Springs location in Little Rock , Arkansas. I have photos that I was intending on sharing with the rental location. Please have these units sprayed regularly!

Only issues I’ve had within the year of renting was not enough carts sometimes, people would have the hall blocked off going threw there things and usually the bathrooms were clean but a couple times they were just horrible out of everything but over all this was a pleasant location to rent.
