I had a great experience from start to finish. The customer service I received was topnotch! I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Sam and he greeting me over the phone with my name and I appreciated that. Then there was James at store #71 and he was super cool. Thank you U-Haul. I will most certainly rent from you again!
