The female manager there helped me. She’s pleasant and professional. I like the free move in special!. Gotta give it a five stars, I mean what more can you ask for.

JOESHONDA H | Overall ExperienceThe manager was great in fixing what was wrong with my experience. However, the rest of my time with this U-Haul facility was a headache. I originally reserved a unit that was too small for my needs, but the one I would fit best wasn't available upon move-in. Since my first month was free, I was placed in a much larger unit that was out of my price range with the agreement from the office that at some point within the first month they would contact me and move me to the one I wanted. They never called. I attempted at the minimum, about 20-25 times to contact them because I was worried rent for the next month was going to be due and I could not afford it. THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES!!!!! Not once did I, nor the central call center get through to them. Each call would ring a few times then transfer me to the call center that is NOT on location. They would then attempt to call on their end to this location and no answer using the staff to staff point of contact. I then would be told that I would be getting a call back as all the call center could do at that point would be to send a message to the location and management to contact me. I NEVER WAS CONTACTED BACK!!!! Each time, I would have to go physically in person to handle any and all business with this location. When you temporarily don't have a car, it's not an easy task to go in and get back home as often as I had to deal with this facility. The next issue was when I finally was being switched to a smaller unit. I had just a couple of hours to do the switch as U-Box access ends at 4p so staff can return them to the warehouse. I was told to inform the staff when I emptied the initial unit so they can close out that rental and to let them know once my U-Box was all done so they can send it back. I was done by 3:30p. My key card to exit the storage area gate wasn't working and since the office isn't inside the gate, I was trapped. Tried calling the office, all calls sent to call center (surprise surprise), the kicker was when the call center tried to contact and said they couldn't do much other than try to reach the office. NOT ONE STAFF MEMBER WALKED AROUND OR ANYWHERE NEAR WHERE I WAS TRAPPED! I was in there for a total of an hour in the hot sun. I could not get out unless i drove the gate down or climbed the fence. Neither of those I wanted to deal with, so I waited and waited and waited. I was 5 minutes away from calling 911 when someone finally came to access their storage and let me out. I went to the office to inform them of this situation and they did not care at all. The most passive about it. It's also advertised on the brochures that furniture pads were included with each U-Box rental. They assured me I'd find them in there. I didn't and had to ask which they were hesitant at first and asking twice if they really weren't in there. To add, each and every time i went into the office, there was multiple staff there and not many customers to be helped and could not understand WHY THE PHONES ARE NOT HANDLED APPROPRIATELY!!!! HOW CAN THEY STAY IN BUSINESS LIKE THIS??????? HANDS DOWN ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE

Charles C | Overall ExperienceEverything was good until I moved out I went to return the lock and keys to the unit the staff said everything was done and that I wasn’t going to get charged for the next month but the next day I got charged for the next month I went to talk to the staff and they said that the staff from the last day never went to check the unit so they didn’t mark it as moved out and I got charged but they would give me my money back but it would take 3-5 business days. Glad they fixed it but because of their mistake I am missing $243 for the next few days which shouldn’t have happened in the first place
