Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisAmy was very helpful , I used my storage unit for 9 months. Would highly recommend.
Erica R | Expérience généraleI literally have nothing negative to say about my experience. I was assisted by Amy, who walked me through the process before I even began my journey.Everything went smoothly and I couldn’t be happier. ClimateControl Self Storage gets five stars as far as I’m concerned. As I pulled through the gate after an 11hr trip, I was greeted by Amy’s friendly face. She then assisted me with lowering my vehicle and then showed me my very clean unit. I’d absolutely use ClimateControl and U-Haul again.

NOEMI T | Expérience généraleExtremely easy to use with great customer service! Thank you for making the moving process easy!
Patrick H | RéservationOur experience was wonderful. Amy was kind to reach out to us the day before and let us know she will be around if we need anything. Move in was easy and again Amy took the time to introduce herself and offer any assistance if we needed. Amy is a pleasure to work with and a true professional.
Patricia W | RéservationI am moving my items in on Wednesday 12/11.
Debbie R | RéservationEven though we had moved to Carbondale, PA, I still kept my storage at this facility in Lords Valley because of past experiences. I always enjoyed speaking to the manager and the area is easily accessed. The manager always made it a pleasure to be there!

Harold T | Expérience généraleMy use of Climate Control was only for several weeks but I had no problem with this business and was glad to be able to get a storage unit in light of the recent influx of new people moving to Pike County. Self-storage businesses have waiting lists at the moment.
