ASHLEY C | Expérience généraleThis facility is maintained by a different U-Haul location, but the facility itself has conflicting information online and on the facilities itself. The building has listed office hours and it says “24/7 Storage,” but there is never a human in the office at this location, and the facility is actually limited in access time rather than 24/7. Please have the incorrect signage and information regarding this location removed or corrected to prevent former potential customers from being sent on a 4-hour wild goose chase just to access their units.

I wasn't paying that much money to have my things in a storage unit, especially paying more for one that size, just to have to throw so much away. Could have left it outside if I knew it would happen. Wasn't expecting an environment controlled but was expecting pest controlled.
Joseph H | Expérience généraleManager of the facility(Justin) is utterly rude and disrespectful.No store should be left in the hands of two new employees with little access to systems and little experience to their store duties, then when you have them to call the manager to get help and he says boldly that he’s not coming up to the store and you have to inconvenience yourself and spend more money to load a card only for them same employees left alone can’t even do that properly either (take a card payment instead of the cash we had) and they lock your unit while your in mid accessing and needing use of your unit. Horrible store managing.

I had to drive to the orginal facility to get an access code that worked. Other then that it was smooth. The people at the store were all friendly.

I have very personal possessions that’s worth a lot of money, but I took a chance I had my things in an outside storage unit for two years. Very impressed. Nothing got damage and most of all there were no mouse droppings inside the unit very impressive for an outdoor storage. I would definitely recommend this location thanks guys for all your help Jeff
