I had several problems with my credit card being compromised so I had to update info a few times over 6 years. Staff at office on prairie were excellent

Marisol G | Online Move InOnly complaint was when I first started renting my unit, my code to get in didn’t work and there’s never any employees there so to get assistance I had to go in a vacant office and find a number to call. But once getting ahold of someone, I received some of the best customer service I’ve ever gotten from customer service (over the phone). Always was a quick call and I once had a mishap with billing and they credited me for 2 months! $190 in credits! Also while calling in to cancel my unit, it was very fast and painless. Paul B | Online Move InThe entire process was seamless. The employees were sweet. The only drawback: there is an office area built at the physical location, but it is not staffed. It is a bit inconvenient to drive farther to another location to submit initial documents, but overall i cannot complain about needing to travel one time for that purpose. I was very pleased by my experience and thank them for the secure environment to store my precious possessions.
