christen s | First ImpressionsMy only issue with this particular U-Haul storage would be the location. It's a bit obscure and not so easy to find even with the map. It may be easy for local Arizonans to find, but If I had friends or family from out of town who may for whatever reason need storage space, I'd have some concerns as to whether they'd become flustered trying to find their locker.

DARRYL S | First ImpressionsVery disappointed with this location. Never received a phone call or email response from the general manager. Each time before now when I try to check out I could never reach this location by phone or on site during posted hours. Some of my items was ruin and I paid all that money into the insurance and they would not cover anything so we lost items. Soon as we got back in town I moved out and cut my losses. I will say the staff at the Broadway store was helpful and amazing
