Jonathan C | Expérience généraleThe way yall raised the monthly rate every few months is totally insane considering it’s suppose to be climate controlled units & several of my things got ruined from water leaking in the unit & several of my glass items broke from the extreme heat bc the heat is on all year in that facility. I have reported this issue a couple times but was told nothing could be done. I’m extremely disappointed in UHAUL & the way yall have gone to sh**
