Rats and mice got into my unit. They ruined alot of clothing. I had 2 units i moved out of one on the 5th and the second one on the 11th of this month and i just got a notice i needed to pay rent. The dead rats and mice we encounters were left in the wall way for days.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisRats and mice got into my unit. They ruined alot of clothing. I had 2 units i moved out of one on the 5th and the second one on the 11th of this month and i just got a notice i needed to pay rent. The dead rats and mice we encounters were left in the wall way for days.
Cecilia G | Expérience généraleIt was very upsetting that the tenants where not made aware of the rodent infestation when it happened to be able to make needed arrangements for their belongings. I was not notified until I came to rent a U-Haul and move out. There was damage to a mounted deer head, handmade dream catcher, and not to mention everything from cloth furniture to clothes and other items had to be cleaned which endured a cost because of rodent feces and urine. The only solution we were given was be reimbursed 1 month's rental fees. You can be assured that did not cover the cost of the loss of the mounted deer head much less the cost to clean and wash all the furniture, clothes and etc. I was very disappointed at the handling of a situation that another tenant created, but we had to pay the price for.
Brandelyn L | Expérience généraleI've used Security Stor-All on 2 different occasions and wouldn't trust another facility. Good security, clean, inside units and staff on-site.
CYNDIE S | Expérience généraleSecurity Stor-All was safe and convenient. The staff was always helpful and available.I highly recommend this facility.
Annie H | Expérience généraleAlways helpful staff. Always clean and neat. Never saw any signs of insects, rodents, etc Would recommend highly!!!!!!
LAURA F | Expérience généraleVery helpful, check in was easy and painless very nice staff
George W | Expérience généraleHaving my valuables in a nice clean climate controlled facility was of utmost importance to me. I couldn't have asked for anything better. This facility should be the benchmark for others.
Terry S | Expérience généraleEverything was good I just think it needs a outside unit it would be more better easy access
Leila R | Expérience généraleHORRIBLE Customer service at time of move-out. I spoke with the facility Manager in person on Sat 8/28 regarding anticipated move-out as hurricane Ida was scheduled to make landfall that evening. I was told that I had a 5 day grace period to evacuate the unit. I call the facility AND the corporate customer service line on Mon 8/30. I was reassured by the site manager and by the corporate customer service agent of the 5 day grace period. When I went to evacuate the unit, I was told by the manager that he had been mistaken regarding the 5 days and that he couldn't move me out with a 'balance due'. I called the corporate customer service line again after leaving the facility. After being given the run-around and a bogus CORPORATE phone number, I was placed on hold for over an hour and finally hung up on. For future storage needs, I will DEFINITELY take my business elsewhere and encourage all of my family, friends, and colleagues to do the same. 😞

Landon C | RéservationTracy was very helpful when renting the climate controlled space. The area was clean and cool. I specifically like the fact that security cameras are used and that access is limited to 7 AM to 7 PM.
JOHN C | RéservationI placed my reservation online for a storage unit with same day move in, they had exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. Great customer service, would reccomend them for all your storage needs.
