I was charged 20dollars for an after hour fee. This is a fee that they collect for not doing nothing. Ridiculous charge. Also, the cable attaching the electrical wires to my vehicle had been patched with electrical tape. Shoddy.

I was overcharged for mileage and safe move insurance which I declined and signed a waiver acknowledging I declined it. While Mike made things right but it is ridiculous to be blatantly over charged without explanation.
Employee was rude, closed the store and left us in parking lot we had to drive to another u haul place to get the right plug!

I was overcharged not once but TWICE. I don't know if the workers here need extra training or if they are not competent to do the job. I had a very simple 10 hour rental that turned out to cost me over $350 plus overdraft fees. I will never use this location again and WILL NOT recommend anyone else use them.

Newer & Cleaner equipment! A Truck That Dosent sound like it's going To break down any minute! However The Customer Service Was Great!
The service was excellent, but the cargo van was dirty in the inside especially the back it needed to be swept or vaccummed out.
