ben n. | Overall ExperienceWe stored our belongings after office hours. The front automatic sliding doors had open when we arrived. It went into the lock position while still opened. We couldn't get the doors to close. Tried the intercom, called UHaul, spoke to two people sho could not reached staff. It would have been a quick and easy experience but was ruined because we were late in the evening guarding the still unlocked door. It got to the point that we couldn't stay any longer. The uhaul representative assured us we could leave. He was going to continue trying to reach local staff to assist. We left feeling that are belongings were no longer really safe.

Vernon V. | Overall ExperienceProcess was simple, facility was clean and staff was helpful. Did not have a free lock in my unit like I was supposed to. Had to go down to the office to get one. The interior load and unload station was blocked by some Uhaul crates. The only gate that was accessible was marked for uhaul trucks only.
