The mobile order process had me waiting out in the snow for 15 minutes before sending me inside to complete the reservation pickup. The truck I was given was full of snow, which I had to shovel out before I could use it. The tires were very slippery, not sure if they are winter tires which they really should be. The cab appeared clean, but it had not been cleaned since at least Saturday because the last customerâ€™s rental agreement was still on the dash. It should be cleaned between each user.

THey blocked my account saying car were not returned clean, but they never warned me on previous rentals. This claim is false and I've got picture as proof. Their lack of transparency is very annoying. I can understand that we disagree on cleanlessness of cars, but not that they block a frequent customer without warning.

Dear U-Haul manager, I would like to share with you a complain on my recent experience with U-haul. I think the services I received and customer service experience were sub-par due to the reasons provided below: 1. Originally I booked a 20' truck, then I requested to change it to 10' truck. When i arrived to 1106 Mountain Rd, in Moncton the manager provided me a 20 truck instead of 10 truck and said that 10 truck was not available in that location. This caused extra fee payments and extra gas expenses for me, also 20 truck is very bulky and hard to park on the narrow streets. 2. Also, he gave me the wrong keys from another truck. So Iâ€™ve returned back and then waited for the right ones. 3. The truck has a very small amount of windshield washer fluid and there was no indication or signal that there is not enough of it. As a result, I ran out of windshield washer fluid at nighttime in the middle of a highway construction zone with no space to stop a car. That was a very stressful and dangerous experience that could and should have been avoided. 4. The overall condition of the truck was unsatisfactory the seats has burned holes from cigarettes, the windshield wipers canâ€™t clean the window properly, the engine was very loud and tires were slippery the whole cabin rattled and vibrated. 5. On the 26 of December, I returned my truck before 1 pm but it was very hard to locate the key drop location because there were no signs of it. 6. Finally, on the 27th of December, Iâ€™ve received a notification for one extra day payment and spent half an hour on the Christmas holiday trying to resolve this issue. All the reasons mentioned above led to a unsatisfying and unpleasant experience given the amount of total paid of over 980$ + additional gas expenses in comparison to 10 truck. Iâ€™ve experienced unsatisfactory service on all stages of my order (booking, pick up and drop off) ( see points 1,2,3,5,6) caused multiple delays and stress. Iâ€™ve used Uhaul before and previous order, equipment and service was way better. I would like to request compensation for the difference between 20 truck and 10 truck, because (see point 1) I would normally select another service provider or location but due to time constraints to meet my family before Christmas I decided to proceed with this order.

Awesome that their new pick up trucks come with a stop/start feature.Stop-start systems automatically shut down and restarts the internal engine to reduce the amount of time the engine spends idling, thereby reducing fuel consumption and emissions. . Idling wastes approximately 3.9 billion gallons of gasoline per year

notify guests that online check out you need to take pics as you go so donâ€™t take pictures then try to upload them . Make sure everything sims smoothly listen make sure guests orders are correct etc I was extremely upset when I couldnâ€™t get ahold of anyone when I had asked for hours extended because I needed to move that night and when I got to the storage unit I couldnâ€™t access my storage room or the building ! Also warn people that thereâ€™s a timer for your alarm to go off because we had like 10-11 cop cars show up so advise your guests of that to

There was some frozen debris in the trailer. Branches and such. I had to get rid of some to load the lawnmower to take to storage.

I received all the emails from you; but I am not the one that rented the uhaul????? It would be a good idea to have the customers' proper and correct information...the customer's name and address appear on the receipt; but was sent to my email :-(

This location is great. I find it well managed, clean and the staff, especially Tyler (I think that is his name) and the young woman are wonderfully customer oriented. I'm sure it's not a dream job but they are a real credit to the company and I hope are paid accordingly. If not they deserve a Christmas bonus for sure.
